Emanuel went above and beyond to correct my overdue order. With just a simple request to check the status of my order, he quickly recognized it was long overdue for shipment even though it was a back ordered item. He offered to send another umbrella out immediately while waiting for the other to come in. I was blown away by how responsive and helpful he was as well as his willingness to make amends without me even asking. He definitely made the customer experience worthwhile. Now, to see if the umbrella will do the same.
