Brilliant customer service team, especially Eva
Extremely helpful customer service team, in particular Eva. Clothes are always lovely from here. Hadn’t ordered from here in a while and couldn’t remember my size so ordered lots of sizes. I accidentally selected store credit rather than refund so got in touch with the customer support team. Left them an email at 21:30, received a reply by 23:00. Eva from customer services was extremely lovely and very helpful, able to swap the store credit for a return.
