Initial contact with Sarah was really good and we were able to get an appointment that suited our needs. On the day of the work itself, Felix arrived within the stated time slot and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem, although we'd identified an issue over the phone, he was able to think on his feet when it turned out to be something else. He was thorough in his work and polite throughout, would recommend for any jobs you may have.
