A disappointing experience

Honestly tried to get on with them they were just very unhelpful and when I asked for a refund because they weren’t really helping me they could only refund you after 14 days what a shame I’d heard good things about them in the past

We’re really sorry to hear that you felt our support wasn’t helpful. Our team genuinely aims to provide the best possible experience for every learner, and we take feedback like this seriously.

You’ve been enrolled for eight months, completed a significant amount of the eLearning, and received one-to-one tutor support to guide you through the assessment requirements. When you requested a refund, our team also explored alternative ways to help you continue and complete your studies.

Our refund policy, which allows for a 14-day money-back period from the date of enrolment, is clearly stated at the time of purchase and agreed to when signing up. As the course has been accessed and studied over an extended period, we’re not able to offer a refund at this stage.

We do, however, remain happy to support you in completing your qualification should you wish to continue.
