Do not use this company
I Pre-ordered two items in February 2025, the release date has been constantly pushed back for months. Because of this I cancelled the order in August and was told I’d get a refund, over 6 weeks later I have still received no refund and the company hasn’t responded to 4 further emails as well as a tracked, written letter.
I have now referred them to trading standards for breach of contract.
