I am absolutely appalled by the quality…
I am absolutely appalled by the quality of my SCS sofa and the disgraceful customer service I’ve received. I paid £2,600.
The fabric is loose and wrinkled — completely unacceptable for a sofa at this price. The quality is just very very poor. The seats are misaligned and look cheaply made.
A technician came out to assess it, and that was another joke — he claimed the foam sinking wasn’t a problem, even though it’s visibly collapsing and uncomfortable to sit on.
To make things worse, when I called to escalate the issue, I spoke to the manager, Patrick. His attitude was appalling — rude, arrogant, and completely unwilling to take any responsibility. Since then, SCS has ignored my calls and emails. No updates. No support. Just being ignored.
This level of service is disgraceful, and I will be taking this further through every channel available — including consumer rights services. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating I feel obligated to warn others.
They don’t deserve the 1 start.
