Bad experience-We booked tickets for Vatican Museum
We booked tickets for Vatican Museum, very expensive from Headout, They didn’t respect the hour for our entry and asked us to go in later, promising that we ‘ll have an upgrade for our tour. They bought the tickets in front of us with 20 euro.We got inside very late and had very little time for visiting. No upgrade, no refund, just excuses.

We’ve reviewed the matter with our local partner, who clarified that your original booking, which was for a hosted entry only to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel, was upgraded to a guided tour at no additional cost, which you accepted.
Regarding the late entry, this was due to the standard security queue required by the Vatican, which applies to all visitors and can occasionally cause slight delays beyond anyone’s control.
