Scam-Watch out for this retailer!
I purchase a Michael Kors collection bag for $65.50 and my order was confirmed. There was only one bag of this style left. The next day I receive an email saying that the bag I ordered was already sold to someone else that my money would be refunded. Then I go into the website and guess what I see? That’s right! The purse that I ordered only this time it is being sold for over $300! When I purchased it clearly stated only 1 in stock and I snagged it because it was a nice bag and for the collection and very good deal. I can’t believe they did this. It was a scam. That’s the only way I can see how this happened so quickly. This company cannot say there were 2 because I would have seen both. You cannot say oh someone purchased it and we forgot to remove it, I’m not buying that either. So sad this was my first experience and last with ThredUp.
