Excellent service and responsiveness
We have booked a number of cruises using Panache. I left a review after the first cruise to say that the service we had received was excellent. Since then we have experienced the same excellent service from Jason Treadwell each time we have booked a cruise. Jason is very responsive, understands our requirements and acts as a great liaison between ourselves and the cruise companies. Whenever we reach out to Jason, he responds very quickly and is always prompt with his communication either written or on the phone. When he is away from the office we have received excellent support from Victoria Speed and also Joe Hawkins. Having a call from Jason pre cruise just before we leave to check we have everything in order and then again once we are back to ask how everything had been is great service, and so that is why we have continued to book our cruises through Panache.
