10/10 experience- thank you Nidhi and Laura!
I’m a first time buyer and the process could not have been easier, the only stress came from the sellers side with a last minute completion deadline for their onward purchase that Nidhi and Laura (Northampton office) dealt with exceptionally. Communication was brilliant, Nidhi and Laura are lovely, they explained everything thoroughly and I always felt they were acting in my best interest despite external daily pressure. It was reassuring to know that they wouldn’t rush things through at my expense to meet this deadline. Their workload was doubled when the seller changed solicitor but I was again reassured that the original quote would remain the same with no extra fees. I chose to spend an extra couple hundred to go with Bishopsgate Law because of the reviews rather than the absolute cheapest option and I am more than happy with this decision. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Thanks again Nidhi and Laura for all your hard work and help x
