Not happy at all most of the paints are dried out must be old paint's and number's not printed clearly would need all new paint's please

We are truly sorry to hear that several of the paints you received were dried out and that some of the numbers on the canvas were not printed clearly. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying your painting.
Please rest assured that we take product quality very seriously. Occasionally, due to changes in temperature or long transportation times, some paint pots may dry out — and in such cases, we are more than happy to replace them for you.
Could you please send us your order number and, if possible, a photo of the affected paints to support@houseart.uk? Once we receive this information, our team will promptly arrange to send you a complete new set of paints at no additional cost.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We value every customer’s experience and will continue improving our quality control to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
