We ordered a sofa in May with delivery…
We ordered a sofa in May with delivery date from 8th October. We havent had a call so I have tried to track order online but they can't find the order and when I call customer service my call isn’t answered. I have sent two emails and no one has replied back to me. We haven’t received any text messages as advised by the sales lady. We was told we would get a text message. We’ve had no contact from these lot!!
I am getting worried now! Do we have to rock up to the store!!
