I was very disappointed when i called Expedia or Booking .com that they were not able to find an accessible room, then i called the hotel direct and was told that they do not have any accessible rooms. WHAT!!! NO ACCESSIBLE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL. I thought the desk clerk didn't know what she was talking about, so i left it like that. I went and booked a king room thinking when i get there i could possibly change the room i booked for an accessible one. WRONG No ACCESSIBLE ROOMS in the hotel. Bad on me. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.
