Be careful with billing and refunds
I’m from Ecuador and I’ve enjoyed the workouts, especially the calisthenics, which are well designed. However, I was mistakenly charged for an additional $39.99 coaching plan I did not intend to purchase.
The refund process took some time, and before it was approved I was offered several alternative “bonuses” and discounts. Eventually I did receive my money back, but it required persistence and clear communication.
Overall, the app content is good, but I recommend customers double-check billing details and be aware of refund procedures, particularly if you are outside major markets like Ecuador.
