After a false start with delivery date
After a false start with delivery date, the delivery service was excellent. I received a text to confirm delivery date, then nothing else. On the expected date of delivery, I'd not heard anything more, so called the delivery team. I was told there had been a delay. To cut a long story short, it was rescheduled to the following week. I got a message a couple of days before confirming the date. The day before I received a voice message from the delivery team to say it would be delivered between 630am and 10am. I also received a text and email confirming a morning delivery. On the morning of the delivery I received a call from the delivery team at 630am. They said they'd be here in 45 mins to an hour. True to their word, they arrived about 720am. They were great, courteous and respectful of the property. The chairs were set up and checked and they explained things. Thanks to Michael and Michael.
