We are loving the Nook sauna so far. From the jump, the whole process was easy and smooth. We ordered online after a conversation with Carolin, she was great and helped us understand all we needed to know. The process was easy and smooth, the guys that delivered and installed were professional and efficient. The sauna is very easy to use and heats up quickly. I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t get hot enough but that’s no issue whatsoever. Cheers Nook, we love it.
