Delivery was on time, quick overnight as described. However the parcel was 2 overly large boxes delivered to my grandparents in their late 60’s and no help was offered to move them down the hall so they were left at the door. Unfortunately she had to push them down the hall as it was too narrow to leave them by the door.
Good quick service, friendly delivery however the offer of help given they knew how heavy then boxes where and they were elderly customers was a big let down.
