ScS have delivered the wrong sofa and are refusing to take any responsibility or offer a resolution. The sofa they insist we ordered is far too tall — my poor wife’s feet don’t even touch the floor. She has a spinal condition, and we specifically chose a sofa in-store that suited her needs and comfort. What we received is completely different.
As a pensioner, this was a significant purchase for us — made with care and consideration for my wife’s health. It is incredibly frustrating, not only that they delivered the wrong item, but that they are now gaslighting us into believing this is what we ordered.
I have now sent several emails to their customer service department, all of which have been completely ignored. The lack of basic communication is appalling. Not a single reply, not even an acknowledgment. This speaks volumes about the company’s customer care — or complete lack of it. The sales team clearly lacked the knowledge or training to guide us properly during our purchase, and when things went wrong, the so-called manager simply hid behind a dismissive “manager says no” response without offering any explanation or solution. It feels as though once they’ve made the sale, they wash their hands of any responsibility. It’s deeply unprofessional, and quite frankly, shows a complete disregard for their customers — especially those who are elderly or have specific medical needs. The whole experience has been extremely upsetting, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with ScS.
