Have to be one of the worst customer services i have ever experienced. Fault with no broadband for two weeks in July it's now October and still not resolved. was promised a refund. Have spoke to numerous guides all say we will sort it and be back none got back, had guides hang up and yesterday was told to go direct to complaints so today ring up guide insisted had to no about all the complaint again and surprise surprise hung up. well direct debit is cancelled and have all calls logged and emails will be going to the ombudsman sadly as no one willing at EE broadband to sort and resolve keep getting told it's a knew system luckily only have a few months of contract left have to say the worst thing ever moving to EE.
