I have only been sleeping on the pillows for three night, and I don't notice any change in my neck pain or the quality of my sleep. I was disappointed with the quality and size of the pillows. They are so thin and small,not even as big as a standard size pillow. I expected a better quality for the price paid. I'm also unhappy with how many emails I receive from your company on a daily basis, it is getting annoying.
