I ended up having to rush order for an extra $50.00 because the time they were supposed to arrive was an estimate. I would appreciate a clearer deadline, however the associate I spoke with was very courteous, polite, and professional and made sure that they were rush-ordered and that we were guranteed a refund if they weren't delivered on time. They were, which was awesome. Other than that, the lanyards turned out great, the material was quality however the ink was a little sticky and one design had partially melted a bit. That might be due to the fact they were rush-ordered. But everyone loved the design and everything else was just what we ordered color and design-wise!
