Polite and very satisfactory interaction

My account had gotten very screwed up when I signed up. Somehow I found I was paying for 2 subscriptions (later I learned there were 3). I don’t know if the system screwed up or I did, but I shot off an email right away. Mack looked into my situation and offered to consolidate my accounts to keep me signed up with an extra bit of time until January. I love the exercise system and how careful they are about my danger areas and changing exercises. Everything was handled to my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much
