Cancellation and refund of the subscription
Unfortunately, I stopped ysing the apps due to my physical health issues. I forgot to cancel my subscription as I was so busy so I send an email to ask for a refund the same day they charge me with my renewal. At first, I was communicating with their cs and he was not considerate at all. After sometime, another cs replied to my email and consider the refund. I'm so grateful
