Excellent Responsive Customer Service
Purchased a Tineco iFloor 3. Set it up and tried it out. No water came out. Described the lack of water discharge via contact email. Customer service responded asking me to depress the valve on the clean water tank and advise of the results. Water flowed out of the tank. Described in reply email. The next response from customer service was an immediate offer to replace the non-functioning unit. Logistics about the warranty on the replacement unit was agreed to and return shipping documents were emailed to me. Followed the instructions and the replacement unit was sent to me. Tested it and it works perfectly.
Excellent customer service experience. Took responsibility for the non-functional unit and immediately offered a replacement unit. Very satisfied customer.
