Absolutely amazing experience when it comes to the video chat session for customizing my order! Both representatives were so sweet and patience, I was very impressed with the process and how personable they make it over video chat.

The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the email/chat support option. I had submitted for a change in my order cart and was never responded to, requiring me to make another video appointment to re-do my entire order.
