Superior Support!
I've worked with email automations systems in the past. They all had their great features and the things I wished they'd work on.
But when Support exceeds your expectations, suddenly the bumps you come across don't seem so bad.
I had an issue with authenticating my sending domain. After 4 failed attempts at GoDaddy (you would think they would the ones to help me since the domain is hosted there), I came back to the Support chat at MailerLite and asked to speak to someone who could help me with my situation.
Matheus recognized and validated the issue I was having and explained what went wrong and details into how to fix it.
What had taken 5 days prior with GoDaddy, took a 5 minutes with Matheus.
After making the changes he suggested, my sending domain was validated and I could launch all the campaigns I had created that were waiting for this to happen.
No matter what other kickups I come across (and I know they will arise), it's comforting to know that help is near, willing and capable of walking me through the issue to a solution.
