This was our first time using Turo and were a bit nervous, but the app is user friendly. We were provided with step by step instructions that made the whole process easy. The convenience of pickup and drop off was also great! The only downside was that we were told airport parking was included but we were charged still, because according to the parking attendant the plate was not registered. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely book again when needed.
