I am thrilled with my experience and tutor on Superprof. This is the second time I have used this platform to find a tutor. Once for language lessons and now for Photoshop. I highly recommend this service.

Frustration. I am usually a fan of AA, however, last week I needed to have my MOT done and I opted to go through AA because my local service was booked. There were only two garages in my area through AA, and each was very far away. I ended up in Littlehampton from Chichester and had to prepay for the service of an MOT and an oil change. I prepaid £316, which was deducted from my account. Once the service was completed, I received a refund, and the money was returned. I tried to chat, call, chat, call, and email, but there was no answer from AA. A few days later, I received an invoice for £316! The invoice had a phone number. The customer service rep explained that if you book a service through the AA app, they take the money and hold it, then return it, then invoice you for it after the service is completed. It is very confusing and I don't like it at all. I won't be using AA again for this kind of service and am reconsidering my membership.
