We’ve been working with many couriers across Europe, but Sameday has been one of the worst experiences so far. They lost our shipment, and since then it has been impossible to reach anyone from their customer service to file a proper claim or get an update.
No clear communication, no responsibility, and no solution — just silence. For a logistics company, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
