It’s so interesting reading the other reviews on people’s experience with the customer service team at Holland Cooper. I’m actually shocked at how poor the service is for a ‘luxury’ brand. No response from customer service, my items were squeezed into a box that was too small so arrived like rags and you can’t return online items in store. Very bizarre service model. Once I’ve got my items exchanged (whenever CS get round to responding to me) I definitely won’t purchase online from Holland Cooper again.

Terrible communication. One line responses from CS when you raise a query about your order which I’ve had to do twice (and I’ve only ordered twice).
By the time they actually respond, the (late) delivery has arrived.
