BitBox display fault…
After having used the BitBox02 for some time, the display for no apparent reason had stopped working.
When connecting with the BitBox support team, Luciano was very helpful in helping to check and test the unit, and then without hassle, informed me that the unit will be replaced free of charge. Thanks to Luciano and his team for a professional service.
