Fantastic App; You get out what you put in
I've been in therapy for a number of years, but I love using BetterHelp. I found a great therapist immediately and this platform helps me stay on top of things. I can journal if it helps, but there are classes available which I would have never considered when I was with Tower Health. Everyone is different, but BetterHelp allows me and encourages me to take care of me.
