Great idea, not so great execution.
I would like to give 5 stars because of the possibilities of the lounge experience. However, the reality is that I can't enter due to over crowding I'm told about 30% of the time. They aren't in the terminal I'm traveling in 50% of the time. And if I do get to enter, they don't seem clean half the time. The staff seems to be doing their job, but I haven't seen a lot of hospitality. In 2026 we can't bring in guests without paying extra for them, even if they are family. The cost to bring a guest has not been made clear. The experience has a lot of room for improvement. Looking forward to seeing some soon.
