I had an issue with my package not being delivered for a strange reason, and the customer service team at Edgard & Cooper was absolutely fantastic. They replied super quickly, resolved the problem right away, and even offered me 10% off my next order to apologise, which was such a nice touch! On top of that, their products are amazing and my dog absolutely loves them! Couldn’t recommend them more!
