Horrible concussion care
The process of obtaining an appointment with this doctor was both delayed and frustrating. Once seen, the doctor offered little more than general advice to pursue private treatment options. She appeared reluctant to prescribe medication or recommend therapies unless she considered them entirely proven, providing only broad information about concussions rather than specific guidance for recovery. Although she mentioned that certain medications could help, she repeatedly stated that she preferred not to prescribe them. The office itself was disorganized—meetings were forgotten, appointment links were not sent, and it took four months (and multiple follow-ups from me) to schedule an EEG that the doctor had initially described as urgent. They do not care about their patient at all; admin blames doctor and doctor blames the Admin.
