The parcel arrived shortly after leaving your shop, excellent, it was also left in a safe place, great so far. Why didn't the driver knock? I was in all day and why didn't he use a card to let me know where he had put the parcel? There is also a problem with proof of delivery photo, not obtainable, token expired. Overal not bad but it could be better.
