Very good if you don't need support
Went well because I didn't need any support help this time. The booking process for Trip.com is excellent. But if you need support, they are very untinfomed. "Talk to your airline." That seems to be about the only thing they know. They don't seem to reaize that the whole reason I use a service like theirs is because it isn't that easy to contact and get information directly from the airline.
