Bad customer service, doesn't understand HSA's

The way Gusto handles Healtcare Spending Accounts (HSA) is wrong. All they're supposed to do is manage the payroll side of the effort as we have another service that manages the HSA accounts. Every month or two, Gusto stops withholding funds for our employees HSA accounts as they say "we're maxing out". They're wrong as they don't consider the persons age or marital status. This has caused our employees pain. Their customer support is the worst ever. It takes them several days (sometimes more than a week) to get back to us, just to argue with us (and they're wrong).

My advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from Gusto. Use a company who has good customer service and knows what they're doing.
