The help to get me logged back into my account by sending the reset instructions. The automatic reset because I forgot my password didn't work in that it never delivered the rest password email to my email account, however, the link didn't work as an error message appeared on the page. Finally the person helping me said to make sure my email address used only lowercase letters. That did the trick. Perhaps it could be written under the area to enter your email to ensure to only use lowercase letters.
