They are the worst

They are the worst. The worst experience ever! They send me a used sunglasses. I sent it back and asked for my devolution, instead they sent me a new pair, when I mentioned I want my money back millions of times. I had to wait that the second parcel arrived at their facility to start the devolution. After all they told me it happened an error when they proceeded with devolution and I still don’t have my money back! Please be aware!
