Avoid at all costs!

I would like to write a review for paintballing party. I recently booked a paintballing party, organized all the details, paid the deposit straight away, organized the logistic details with all the other kids, and a few days later I received a phone call from the paintballing company that they can't accommodate us. So when I asked why, they just didn't mention, they just said they can't accommodate us anymore. And I was very upset and I told them that I'm very disappointed and they need to sort it out. They need to find someone because it's my son's 10th birthday party. And I was very strongly telling them they have to sort it out and find someone who's going to run the party because this is not acceptable. I put so much into it. And now I am stuck with 10 boys, you know, and my son not having birthday party and very difficult and short-noted to find exactly the same time and location than, than I wanted. It's just, local and convenient for everybody. So I just want to write very strong review that I will never recommend this company. And they gave me such a headache!

We are sorry that we were unable to accommodate the booking on your chosen date. Unfortunately the slot you requested had already reached its capacity. The kids low impact sessions can sell out very quickly.

Upon receiving the booking, our colleagues attempted to contact you several times, including leaving a voicemail within 24 hours of the booking being made, and another the following day. 

The day after the 2nd voicemail, we reached you on the phone, and we offered alternate locations, alternate dates, or an earlier time on the date you wished to attend. We were advised that you would like the booking to be refunded. 



A full refund was processed on the booking, and should have been received within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received this, please let us know.

In total, 3 days passed between the payment being made, and the refund being processed. This took place over 4 weeks before the game date on the booking.

We never like not being able to accommodate groups, and our colleagues did manage to sort a gesture of goodwill for your group. Unfortunately the call was terminated before we could offer you this, but if you would like to discuss this further, please get in touch at: customerservice@ukpaintball.co.uk.
