Unhappy eBayer

Mercari froze my account and told me to verify myself by providing a copy of my US ID and then take a selfie of my face and told me in order to proceed with the verification. I would have to allow them to use my biometric information to share with other companies and organizations. I will never use Mercari again. I feel I should also warn anyone that is still thinking about signing up for Mercari there are a ton of sellers on there that are just attempting to scam you.

eBay has a ton of not so trustworthy or friendly sellers, when you leave a negative review or feedback for a seller to warn other would-be-buyers of the bad experience or that they are scammers eBay removes it to make eBay seem better than it actually is, ultimately making the platform a dangerous place to shop!
