After many years of not sending out…
After many years of not sending out email campaigns, I decided to send out my weekly blogs as posted on my website. Wow, have times changed! Needless to say, I had to reach out to tech support with MailerLite :/ almost immediately during the setup process. The agent I chatted with was so very kind and considerate of my obvious lack of skills; he made me feel very comfortable in asking for help. If all tech support agents were as humble as Andrew was, older people as myself would not dread reaching out for directions. He was so kind and helped me resolve my mistake without making me feel unlearned, shall I say!! Thanks Andrew and thanks MailerLite for having such awesome tech support team members! Blessings!
