I ordered a customised canvas along…cheap product, poor packaging, bad customer service.
I ordered a customised canvas along with an easle and brushes. The canvas arrived in a long box which was cheap looking and not sturdy enough for the product, it was also bent like a banana!
I received my easle in a separate shipping and this was broken. I had wanted to give this as a gift and having received it realised how poor quality the items are. I was unable to gift this item due to the poor condition. I contacted house art and they offered a replacement which h I declined and asked for a full refund. They assured me that they had since changed the packaging as I mentioned that this had let the product down. Unfortunately I ordered a second canvas when placing my original order and this came in the same packaging but was not bent. The canvas is cheap and the paints are of poor quality. You can still see the numbers under the paint. Houseart did not want to give me a refund and bombarded me with offerers if a partial refund and or a replacement. I eventually settled for a partial refund because I could not be bothered to go through my card provider for the small amount I was left short. I would avoid this company.
