Great shopping experience overall, but a few things could be improved
I’ve had a generally very good experience shopping on 24S — the prices are often more competitive than other luxury platforms, and the shipping is impressively fast. The packaging is also elegant, which makes unboxing enjoyable.
However, there were two issues that left me a bit disappointed.
First, when I purchased a Loewe cashmere beanie, I noticed signs of previous wear upon receiving it. There was a blond hair on the hat (I have long black hair, so it definitely wasn’t mine), and a small loose thread on the top, as if someone had tried it on before. It was quite unpleasant to see on a luxury item. I contacted 24S customer service right away — they responded promptly and offered a compensation solution, which I truly appreciated. Their attitude was professional and kind. Still, I sincerely hope that all items are carefully inspected before being shipped, especially for returns and re-sales, as this experience really affected the excitement of receiving the item.
Second, a more personal note — I had my eye on a Burberry EKD reversible scarf in late September. Unfortunately, I hesitated to place the order, and the very next day the price jumped up by €60 (from a 30% discount to only 20%, plus a slightly higher base price). I completely understand that promotions are time-limited, but it still felt a little frustrating to see such a sudden change.
Overall, I still trust 24S and will continue shopping here, but I hope the product quality checks and pricing consistency can be improved in the future.
