Advantages of using trip.com app
Easy to navigate the app. Wide range of services such as including booking of train services is a plus. The point system to use as cash rebate for subsequent bookings and other benefits such as free access to airport lounges a plus too. More importantly, an efficient live chat team to provide customer support. The team was efficient and helpful when I needed to make changes during a trip due to typhoon in Hong Kong, and refunds were made quickly when needed.
