Items never arrived - unable to find out why
I ordered branded items for an event. I made the order on 9 September and they were due to be delivered on 25 September. Today, on 3 October, they have not arrived. It has been impossible to speak to a customer service agent. In the end I had to leave an email for them, and they got back to me 3 days later!? saying they will look into it. That was one week ago. Still no product has arrived, no communication has come from Bizay, and there is no way to initiate any communication with Bizay, besides emails that go unanswered. The event I ordered the product for is starting in two days time, so I assume I will not have the product on the end. What a complete let down and failure by the company - both in product delivery and in customer service. The biggest joke of it is that this whole situation has caused so much stress, while the order that hasn’t been delivered is for anti-stress balls…
