absolutely horrible customer service, not able to deliver in time, one week passed since estimated delivery date and still nothing is there. Tracking info keeps changing dates. We paid extra for express delivery and the order was supposed to be there one week ago. Customer service gives inadequate answers and can’t solve problems of customers at all.

Items never arrived - unable to find out why
I ordered branded items for an event. I made the order on 9 September and they were due to be delivered on 25 September. Today, on 3 October, they have not arrived. It has been impossible to speak to a customer service agent. In the end I had to leave an email for them, and they got back to me 3 days later!? saying they will look into it. That was one week ago. Still no product has arrived, no communication has come from Bizay, and there is no way to initiate any communication with Bizay, besides emails that go unanswered. The event I ordered the product for is starting in two days time, so I assume I will not have the product on the end. What a complete let down and failure by the company - both in product delivery and in customer service. The biggest joke of it is that this whole situation has caused so much stress, while the order that hasn’t been delivered is for anti-stress balls…

Negligence with name application …
The address did appear in the package and so did the name of the company. However, the name of the buyer (me) or anyone else representative for the pick up wasn’t. When the order placed is for a company c/o name should appear. O was very close to not receiving my package. Please make adjustment so this scenario doesn’t repeat.

Very disappointing quality paper
I ordered thank you cards on 300g offset paper, expecting a quality product as advertised. Unfortunately, what I received was very disappointing: the print quality is poor, and the paper is flimsy, cheap, and completely lacks the texture shown in the photos.
These cards are unusable, and it's a shame to have to discard so much paper due to such low quality production.
This feels more like a bargain-bin print service than a professional one. I would not recommend it.

Great experience
We ordered a flag 70 x 100 cm. It was very easy to create the product we were looking for on the web site. We though that the painting would have not been much good, because of the dimension of the flag and the quality of the image. However, also thanks to the resolution adaptation service, provided by Bizay, the result exceeded our expectations. The price for most items is more than reasonable, in some cases even cheap. Recommended!

Premium Restaurant Coasters
We ordered premium restaurant coasters for a special event. The quality of both the print and the material is very satisfying. I recommend choosing the 780 g carton, if available. Unfortunately, the order arrived eight days late. I had to contact Bizay’s customer service and was informed that an unforeseen issue had occurred. Otherwise, the company offers good value, and I would recommend them.

Shocking customer experience
Shocking customer experience. I paid an extra 20% on base price for expedited shipping to guarantee a delivery date of 18 July. On the 19th I arrived to find the order had not arrived, they said they expected to deliver by the 26th which was useless to us as we needed the printouts for an international event for which we were leaving on the 20th. I cancelled the order and they tried to engineer a situation by shipping on the 23rd, in the end they did not even ship to the correct address, and are trying to blame the courier despite shipping the order after I gave written instructions to cancel and provide a refund. We are pursuing legal action.
