BE AWARE of Biscuiteers.com Misleading prices and Terrible customer service.

I paid £20 extra for same-day delivery, expecting my order to arrive on the same day I placed it. That’s what same-day means, right? Apparently not to Biscuiteers.

Despite the premium charge, my order didn't arrive until the next day, completely missing the occasion it was intended for. When I contacted customer service, rather than acknowledging the issue or offering a refund, they argued non-stop, refused to take responsibility, and showed zero accountability.

No apology, no solution, just a string of excuses and deflection. For a company that markets itself as a high-end gift service, this was shockingly poor service and misleading at best.

Save your money and your stress, I won't be ordering again, and I suggest you don't either.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment – we completely understand how frustrating it must have been for your order to arrive later than you expected, especially for a time-sensitive occasion.

To clarify how our system works: at checkout, customers are asked to select a delivery date before selecting their delivery service and continuing through the process. If that is not done, then this defaults to the next day, as our standard delivery is next-day as opposed to same-day. 

For orders to be delivered on the same day they are placed (available for London postcodes), the delivery date must be changed to the same calendar day before completing checkout. In this case, the date selected was the following day, which is why the order was dispatched and delivered then.

We know how important it is that gifts arrive on time, so we’ll continue to review how this is communicated on our website to make it as clear as possible.
