I like the convenience of being able to fill the bag up in my own time, unlike a skip where there is usually an extra charge if you go over a week.

Your website needs to clearly explain that in order to book a collection on line you first need to register an email address with hippo waste and receive a password, which you can then reset to on of your own. It wasn't until I phoned t book a collection I found this out.
